Rules & Regulation

  • Students who come to school in their own transport should arrive at the school five minutes before the warning bell.
  •  Every student should carry the school diary dally.
  •  Student are expected to respect all the teaching and non teaching staff in school campus as well as outside the school campus.
  •  Conduct that is injurious to the moral tone of the school or the rights of others and not in accord with the required discipline is liable to incur suspension or dismissal.
  •  Students, those who go home alone, particularly those stay for activities, should not loiter on the way but be prompt in returning home.
  •  Valuable articles are not to be brought to school. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  •  Care should be taken of school property. Student are forbidden to scratch or write on furniture, walls or windows or to write in library books or other school books or spoil them in any deliberate way.
  •  Students are not allowed to receive visitors or receive phone calls; cell phones, i-pod and these type of devices are strictly probhited.
  •  A student must show consistent interest at least one co – curricular area and be co-operative in all house activities.
  •  No student is supposed to leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the express permission of the principal.
  •  Student shall always speak in English, either inside or outside the classroom. If any students is found speaking in any language other than English shall be punished by extra homework.
  •  During school time, parents shall make a written request to the principal to meet their wards in case of emergency.
  •  The principal reserve the right, without assigning reason of the removal on any boy/girl from the school if he/she consider it to be in the interest of the educational atmosphere in school.

Recommendation to the Guardians

Undesirable Behaviours

There Are Certain Types Of Behaviour For Which The Student May Automatically Incur A Detention Or Suspension Or Even Dismissal At The Discretion Of The Principal.

Certain objectionable behaviors are the following:
  • Cheating in an examination.
  • Rudeness to staff members or use of nicknames when referring to them.
  • Writing on or deliberately spoiling furniture, walls, equipments or school books and magazines.
  • ‘’Bunking of classes’’
  • Using obscene, vulgar or abusive language or acting in an indecent manner and bringing of indecent books, magazines, videos, CDs and tapes to the school.
  • Making discriminatory remarks on the basis of casts, creed, color, gender, finance or religion.
  • Being absent from the school without permission of the principal.
  • Lack of co-operational in the school.
  • Stealing or any form of dishonesty.
  • Violence in any form, such as bodily harming or injuring anyone on the school premises.
  • The bringing of fire-crackers, explosive, knives or dangerous weapons to the school.
  • The wearing and the use of following articles: Nose studs, bangles, finger rings, fancy watches, ornate ear rings, nail and toe polish, and the use of mehendi on any part of the body.
  • Bringing of cellular/mobile phones to the school.
  • When coming to or returning from school, going to places undisclosed to parents or guardians (incurring instant dismissal).
The Parents And Guardians Are Expected To Be Active Participants In Training Their Childrens In The Moral And Spritual Values Which School Tries To Foster.

Withdrawl

  • A student is enrolled in the school for at least one academic year. In case of withdrawal, the parent/guardian is advised to intimate the decision of withdrawal of his/her ward to the school in writing one month in advance.
  • No transfer certificate or leaving certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full, with a written application from parent/guardian.

Residuary

  • The management committee of BP Indraprastha International School reserves the right to alter / amend any of the rules in the prospectus at any time its discretion which will be binding to the entire school body and parents too.
  • In case of any dispute matter shall be referred to the management committee of BP Indraprastha International School and its decision will be final and binding.
  • In addition to the foregoing parents and the students are presumed to have read and accepted the contents of their prospectus and the rules of this school.
  • Date of Examination & vacation are subject to change as per schools convenience considering the interest and the students and the school.
  • All disputes will be subject to Bikramganj Jurisdiction.The school administration reserves the right to recover any pending dues through Legal Process.
